十二年。 一個十二年足以讓牙牙學語的嬰兒變成能說會唱的孩子，再一個十二年便能讓懵懵懂懂的小孩成為能獨立思考的大人。十二分之十二，一半美國，一半台灣。 那就是我，現在的我。以台灣的玉山假沙梨，玉山小礕，愛情花，英果厥為底，佐以美國的野玫瑰，鹿角蕨，北美喬松的代表插畫，各自描述著一個在外奔波的人的鄉愁和家的各種情感，最後便醞成這張專輯。 This album is named after the summation of my twelve years in Taiwan and twelve years in the States. It expresses nostalgia from different genres; sometimes through a story, sometimes through a song. It also captures chronologically the evolution, or perhaps the dissolution of one’s thoughts, as he is returning home. This story is accompanied by the illustrations of unique plants that grow in particular areas of both Taiwan and the States.
